Returns:
Please note that, due to our on-demand model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects, misprints, or incorrect items. We strongly encourage you to review all product details carefully and reach out to our support team with any questions before completing your purchase.
Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement:
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if the product you receive:
Is damaged, torn, or significantly defective
Shows clear printing errors or blurred designs
Is the wrong item or incorrect size (different from what was ordered)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Step 1:
Within 10 days of delivery, email our support team at support@brainsparkapparel.store to notify us about your issue. Clearly mention your order number in the email subject line.
Step 2:
Include clear photos highlighting the issue (damage, misprint, incorrect item, etc.) along with your detailed explanation of the problem.
Step 3:
Our customer support will review your request within 1–2 business days. If the product issue is verified, we’ll either provide a replacement or issue a refund back to your original payment method within approximately one week.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement:
All products must remain unused, unworn, and free from additional damage or stains.
Items must retain their original tags and be returned in their original packaging.
Please carefully package returned items; returns arriving damaged due to poor packaging may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Unauthorized Returns:
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for refunds or replacements and may not be returned back to you.
Important Notes:
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages:
Please verify your shipping address carefully. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer will not qualify for a refund of the original shipping charges.Lost or Stolen Packages:
BrainSpark Apparel cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit (tracking does not show delivered), contact us immediately within 30 days so we can arrange a suitable resolution.Damages from Customer Handling:
We do not issue refunds or replacements for damage resulting from laundering, improper handling, wear and tear, ironing, bleaching, shrinkage, or staining after delivery.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different product or size, please follow the steps above to request a refund for eligible issues, then place a new order for your preferred item.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email (support@brainsparkapparel.store) within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after 24 hours or after the product has been printed or shipped cannot be processed.
