Incorrect Address
If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the carrier, your package may be returned to us. This can delay delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking indicates your package was lost in transit—or you receive an incorrect or damaged item—email us within 30 days at:

- Your order number (in the subject line)
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund, provided the item is unused and still in its original packaging.
