Orders and Shipping

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours without a fee. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

While we are working on teleportation technology, we are currently bound by the laws of physics and standard courier speeds.

  • Processing: Humans print and pack your order in 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping: Once it leaves the lab, it usually takes 3-7 business days to reach you (depending on your location on Earth). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can calculate its velocity.

Products are dispatched from our fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel has been processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but we may get more soon!

Please contact our customer care department and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.

No need for alarm, this means your order is progressing through our normal fulfillment process.  If you ordered any items on backorder, your order could remain in this status for 3-7 days during which time we are producing and packaging your items for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Geeksoutfit discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Eligible refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited for the item’s purchase price in the original form of payment.

Generally, no. Because we print every item specifically for you (eco-friendly efficiency!), we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size mix-ups. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent you a Biology shirt when you ordered Physics, we will absolutely fix it. Check our Returns Protocol for the full data.

If you received an item you didn’t order. We apologise! Please reach out to us and we will either give you a full refund, or send you the correct item immediately. 

First off, we are sorry! While we try to defy entropy, sometimes the universe (or the shipping carrier) wins.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you are fully covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. We will replace it or refund it—zero arguments.

Please initiate the protocol immediately:

  1. Snap a photo of the damage/defect.

  2. Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the photo. Or Start a return here.

  3. Our support team will verify the glitch and dispatch a replacement or refund within 1-2 business days.

> Note: Please report any damages within 30 days of delivery. After that, we assume the damage was caused by your own experiments.

We assure you, our support team is 100% biological (for now). We don’t hide behind complex phone trees or infinite chatbot loops.

Response Time: We are usually online and caffeinated. You can expect a human response within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri). If you email us over the weekend, we’ll get back to you as soon as we boot up on Monday morning.

You need to act faster than the speed of light (or at least, very quickly).

The Protocol:

  1. Email us IMMEDIATELY at [email protected].

  2. Put “URGENT: WRONG ADDRESS” in the subject line so our team sees it first.

  3. Include your Order Number and the Correct Address.

The Event Horizon:

  • If your order is still processing: We can easily update the coordinates in our system.

  • If your order has already shipped: We cannot change the trajectory of a package once it has entered the postal network. At that point, you may need to contact the carrier directly.

> Pro Tip: Double-check your address at checkout. We rely on the data you provide to navigate your package home.

You have a very narrow window of opportunity—think of it like a launch window for a Mars mission.

Because we function on a print-on-demand model to reduce waste, we send your order to our production lab almost immediately to ensure fast delivery.

  • The Window: If you need to cancel or swap a size, email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. Please use the subject line: “URGENT: CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER”.

  • The Reality: If your order has already moved into the “Processing/Printing” phase, we cannot cancel or modify it because the shirt is physically being created just for you.

> Summary: Don’t hesitate. If you realize you made a calculation error, signal us immediately. We’ll do our best to catch it before it hits the production line.

Currently, we do not accept pre-orders.

If an item is marked as “Sold Out,” it usually means there is a temporary global shortage of that specific blank garment (a supply chain glitch in the matrix).

The Solution:

  • Check Back Soon: These shortages are usually resolved within a few days.

  • Contact Us: If you are desperate for a specific design, email us at [email protected]. We might be able to print that design on a different color or style for you manually!
