At BrainSpark Apparel, our goal is for you to love your order as much as we love a well-optimized piece of code. Because our gear is crafted with precision, our items are typically non-returnable. However, if the universe (or the shipping carrier) didn’t go according to plan, we’re here to fix it.

While we don’t accept standard returns for “change of mind,” we stand by our quality. If your order arrives and something isn’t right, please reach out. We prioritize your satisfaction over everything else—except maybe coffee.
You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:
The Glitch Factor: You received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
The Time Loop: It is within 30 days of your original purchase date.
The Original State: The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it (no coffee spills or lab accidents, please!).

In this dimension, time moves forward. No refunds or replacements will be issued after 30 days have passed since your purchase date. We recommend inspecting your gear as soon as it teleports to your doorstep.

The Resolution: We will review your request and, if approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
